I had a discussion recently in work where a colleague and I remarked on how important it is to be kind in the workplace and yet quite unusual. What is it about the workplace that we are reluctant to be kind? Is it considered less professional?
Yet being kind doesn’t cost us anything and it is easy to do. And being kind can make the world of difference to somebody’s day.
