Reading is an addiction, so is television, social media, and shopping. All consuming rather than creating. However, in this consumptive era content is more valuable than ever and yet less people are taking the time to create original content. So start creating rather than consuming. This is key to career development and self development as well as being better for your health and the planet. Wonder Women of the world - unite to create instead of consume. The world needs more love and less plastic, more solutions and less problems, more of the wonderful you and less of who you think you should be.
You are a shining star. The world needs that special gift that only you have (as Marie Forleo says!). And being you is the easiest thing for you to be!
